Performance Management:
1) Conduct periodic employee performance evaluation program (performance appraisal and kpi)
2) Analyze and process employee performance evaluation results on a regular basis.
3) Provide development advice from the results of employee performance evaluations
4) Involved in updating the employee performance appraisal system according to hr trends and company needs.

Administrative:
1) Prepare employee's official travel needs
2) Involved in drafting employee employment contracts
3) Monitor and make updates to the HR database
4) Involved in monitoring the general affair team
5) Recap attendance for payroll purposes
